My herniations were not causing the pain, as I no longer have any pain. It took 3 weeks for the back pain to go and aprox another 3 weeks for all my CTS to stop. From what I have read this can help many other illnesses - migraines, stomach issues. This should be general knowledge not something it takes years to find out about.
