There is nothing wrong with my back, yes I have herniations but as we age everyones bodies deteriorate but not everyone has back pain. My herniations were not causing the pain, as I no longer have any pain. It took 3 weeks for the back pain to go and aprox another 3 weeks for all my CTS to stop.
