Osteoporosis Slideshow One of the more helpful elements of my healing program while in India consisted of going to a large, flat rock in the middle of a secluded rice field and standing in the hot sun every afternoon for two hours at a time. With the heat searing down on my bare back, I would place my feet at different angles, practicing the simple art of standing.
