He gave me pointers to start looking myself from more holistic view. Mind and body are tightly connected to each other. I read book written by this doctor, and in the book he was talking a lot about Doctor John Sarno. Soon after I ordered couple of Sarno's books: Healing backpain, the mindbody prescription & The Divided Mind: The Epidemic of Mindbody Disorders.
