I welcome your perspective but I am skeptical of its relevance to me, for the following reasons: 1) I have good (not perfect) posture, and working on it further (e.g. yoga, standing desk) has never helped the pain; 2) the pain went away almost completely, without changing my posture or movement patterns, when I read Healing Back Pain.

I have chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. This is great for realigning spine discs and you only have to lie on it for about 5 min. It’s a bit hard to fasten the plastic board thing w the green bit into the black thing but I managed to get it to pop in. I’m not the strongest so probably won’t be a problem for you unless ur a lil weakling like me. But hey motivation, right?
