Target bible book Recommended Dr. Sarno has changed my life. I'm 25 years old, and Ive been experiencing back pain for almost 3 years. As a former athlete who experienced tons of injuries, I was searching for structural causes for my upper back and shoulder pain. I couldn't find any, and no one could identify the problem: not the massage therapist, not the chiropractor, not the physio therapist, nor my family doctor.
