This book seems to be fleshed out with repetition and case studies. It reads like a sales pitch. I agree that pain and emotion are linked and therefore this book has some benefit, as long as you don’t read it as a definitive cure. Mechanical problems are real pain that can cause emotions that can heighten the pain (catch 22). But perhaps being aware of how our emotional state impacts the areas that are already weak, is something worth considering. However this book DOES NOT HEAL BACK PAIN!

You should also include exercises that not only challenge your body intensely, but also promote muscle strength, balance, and flexibility. Remember to build up your abdominals to avoid back pain. The far reaching effects of the knowledge contained in this book are a treasure yet to be fully appreciated. The immediate gratification I personally experienced were amazing! As I began this audible book, I limped around on a right foot with plantar fasciitis and a lower lumbar that prevented me from lifting anything over 20 lbs. As I began to draw attention to the concepts in this book, I realized I was having the best day I’ve had in over a year. I awoke this morning and stepped out of bad with no pain. As hokey as it may sound, I tell you in all honesty it is LEGIT!!!
